If you are applying for a canon, this is a little more leniant. OC's are to write more.

What if we don´t know anything about a OCC´s height, weight or say... rank? It´s been like months since I watched Naruto... scratch that... it´s getting near a year ;.; And I know nothing of Shino....

Well, you don't have to do this if you're an admin and you do not want.

If you do, make it up. That's what I did with Tenten. =/

However.. if you wait, I believe they are about to release Tobi's idenity in the next few manga. Perhaps even the next one. {All the spoilers are saying it's Uchiha Madara, and there are even pictures of Tobi with the Sharingan. I don't believe them yet, though.}

I don't think he truely is Madara either, he could've just harnessed his power somehow. >.> But it still could be possible. I really hope he turns out to be Obito, just so all the Tobi=Obito haters will be pissed. xD

Haha, yeah. Mostly because you guys are pretty much the best RP'ers here.

It always works.

That's what I was told, as well. Someone said that Madara was supposed to be in his nineties? Im not sure about that... Oh well. It will reveil itself in time.

Not sure if this is the right place, but we are required to start off as Academy students?
Also, Tobi CAN'T be Uchiha Madara, he was alive with the first hokage and is one of the people to found Konoha, and it was founded around 150 years before the series starts atleast. There is a chance Tobi is Obito Uchiha though....
