It is mandatory to follow these rules, those who do not follow them will have repercussions according to the offense made.

1. Cannons are allowed. This will be time skip.

2. No SPAM (RP section), sexual content, porn, anything that you know that is inappropriate on this site

3 No back-to-back posting, also known as double posting. Use edit.

4. You may be killed. If you don't want to, avoid situations where you could die (I.E. Going after S-ranked missing nin while only a chuunin)

5. You must have a character and apply at the character the creations board to role play.

6. You are allowed to role play with people not from your own village. You may post in other villages other than your own as well.

7. Respect everyone on this site.

8. Be creative.

9. No godmodding. If two cannon are fighting and you aren't sure who should win, ask a kage.

10. No one may be perfect at anything, no one is the best ninjutsu user and no one can master it the first time trying a skill.

11. You are allowed to have babies and marriage (OCXOC). If it is CannonXCannon or CannonXOC, ask a kage. Remember to include a reason.

12. You must use proper grammar.

13. You must register to have a family trait jutsu.

14. No swords are allowed until Jounin level.

15. Be realistic with your ninja level. Genin cannot defeat Chuunin, and Genin certainly can't be fantastic at everything.

16. You cannot perform every jutsu perfectly.

17. You must post in third person tense.

18. English only unless if you using a jutsu or a name. Suffixes such as -kun, -chan, -sama, and otherwise may be used.

19. Only two Cannon characers per person. For more than one OC character, you need to be extremely active and actually good at role-playing. You must ask a Kage first before creating more characters, Kages will gauge your role-playing skills and then respond accordingly.

20. Please do not have very large signatures.

21. Check your spelling and grammer. Such as, no words that end in 'z' and using punctuation correctly.

22. When we say 2 PARAGRAPHS, we mean 2 PARAGRAPHS. No exceptions for anything shorter than the minimum when writing out infomation in your profile.

23. When making a profile, make your strengths and weaknessess fair and make sure they make sense.

24. There is no limit to how long your posts are when RP'ing. We do not want to see one-liners, however.

25. You cannot use a jutsu unless it is accepted. This does not include academy student level jutsu.

26. If you are roleplaying as a canon, act like the canon. If you don't, we the Admins have the right to take the character away.

27. Canons can die. But if the fight is/was rather out of character for the canon. The fight shall be stopped/never taken place and you will be given a warning. Unless this is not the only time you've been out of character using your canon, in such a case, the character will be taken away by the Admins of TOAS.

28. Technology is limited. There are computers, televisions, video game systems, and other stuff of that nature. But as for Military technology, we are in the feudal era. There are no guns, or bombs. The closet thing to a bomb is an exploding tag, or Deidara's clay.

I'd like to ask some questions before I make a character because I'm overly cautious. o0

1. What about the jinchuriki's (nine tailed fox, shukaku, etc.) Do they exist? Can we use them/be one of them?

2. Are there any original characters from the show allowed? How about groups like Akatsuki?

3. If there are Kage positions open, can you just simply become one?

4. Who decides when and how you move up in rank?

5. Does this world have any relation to the original Naruto world, or is this on some other contentent or something?

2. You there are no Canon Char.

3. Do you want to become a Kage?

4. Your teachers and sensei, but right now no teachers and no sensei, so the Kages

Okay dokay. Thanks for clearing that up. I can make a profile now. ^^ And if I could be a Kage, that'd rock, though a teacher or sensei would be better considering there arn't any of those...

o0 I've edited this post a lot...Anyways, um, are we allowed to have more than one character? Sorry for all the questions..

it is alright for asking question. Okay here we go, since there are not a lot of members so far, so the Kages will do the teaching, are you sure you want to be it, I mean you have the exact same powers as me, the admin on this site.

1. So our sensei or the Kage can just randomly choose to move us up to genin etc?

2. And to what limit of graphic-ness can we put into our battles?

3. Can we leave our villages and become missing-nin?

4. Can we create evil groups that plan to capture memebers of certain made-up clans?

5. If we want our own character to die can we let them die in a battle?

6. If we can make evil groups can we make them plan to try to take over a village?

7. Can they take over a village?

8. Can a kage claim war on another village?

9. If so, that is scary ><

10. On the subject of Kages, does one work their way to the top and then become a kage? Or just simply become one, like Ami said.

11. How does one become a jounin or sensei?

12. Is there an ANBU group? Or is there none because it has a relation to Naruto.

13. If so can we become ANBU leaders and such?

14. Will there ever be new Kages if someone leaves the website over a certain amount of time?

15. Can people leave their own villages and join another village?

16. Can a Kage that doesn't exist die? (For instance if a Kage is not chosen yet can we assume there is no kage or he died or what?)

17. What are Kages purposes, in other words what exactly do they do, are the Admins who just randomly come up with missons and give them to teams etc?

18. Will teams be assigned to genin?

19. How will the decision of a team of genin be made? Randomly?

Sorry, I ask lots of questions...><

its ok

1. no every month your sensei's will choose ACTIVE members this will happen the 15th of every month and every 30th or 29th day, they will become genin then.

2. the limit is killings, you can make it gorey and bloody as possible, but just go to overboard

3. yupp yupp, but you guys are still academy students

5. sure you can LET your character die, but you will have to make another character then.

7. if the kage doesn't do anything about it.

10. well if anyone wants to become kage RIGHT NOW, in the beginning of the site then yes you will become kage you will have the same abilities as me and stuff, and if a kage becomes inactive then people who have worked their way to the top then I will choose them to become the kage of their village.

11. take the jounin test and I will have a sign up sheet, but if everyone becomes a jounin or a sensei then who will be the students.

12. yes there will be an ANBU group in every village, when I said it has no relations with naruto I meant that we have no connections with them, he don't know Konha and all the other villages.

13. yupp, but who will be the students then. I am going to wait till there are more members and then we will definetly get this site going.

16. we are going to pretend that there is a kage of the village, but I will choose later, when we have all kages and a kage has become inactive then the other kages of the village will vote on who will become the next kage of that village.

17. have the exact abilities as the admin of the new site, so this will be your site too, they will control things and make "special events" and other things that I haven't thought of yet.

Hmm....I have a few

1. Do you have to wait a certain amount of time to rank up once you rank up?(I.E. You become Chuunin, a minute later you take the jounin exam)

2. What is the limit to personal jutsus?

3. Could a Genin learn one or two of the celestial gates? I mean the 8 chakra gates.

4. Could we make an S rank move?

5. Can someone make a jutsu that id above our level but not use it until they are at the corrosponding rank? (I.E. Academy student makes B rank jutsu, they cannot use it until Chuunin.)

6. Or can they use it, just constantly mess up?

These are all my questions so far.

1. no the Kages will talk it over if you did a fair RP, then you will probably still get to be a chuunin. same as jounin exam, but if you are gone in the first round you will still be able to become a chuunin, but as you go to the next round you will get to show the Kages more of your skills.

6. oo i like that, but that would use to much chakra, but if you want to wear yourself out, ok then.

Umm..I think I will post some questions..

1. How old must you be to become a kage?
2. If a kage knows that they will become inactive, can they tell and be able to get someone for a temporary time only?

1. it doesnt matter, if a kage picks you to be the next kage then it is the age you are

2. sure it is temporaliy, but if they don't get on in like a month, but if they tell someone that they are going to be gone for like 2 months then it is ok then if they tell someone

I got some questions.

1. Is there technology? If so, what is there?

2.Can you make up Justus? (I'm not sure if anyone asked this.)

3.Are the original Naruto characters allowed to be included in some role plays?

4.What about summoning animals? Are you allowed to choose whatever one you want including ones original Naruto characters use? And what rank do you have to be to summon them?

Last question.

5. Are you allowed to create your own gang allowing other members to join?

5. Maybe, ANBU might be considered something like a gang, but since this is related to Naruto, there are no gangs just groups.

3. No we are on another continent with no connections with Naruto's continent, it has been passed down by people Naruto's

4. Yes you are allowed to summon animals from Naruto, you can choose whatever animal you want. Any rank.

5. I am still thinking about that, do you mean like Akatsuki?
